Deposition of ʻAli Riza, Muhammad Husayn, Mashhadi Husayn, and Khanum Nawbar, the children of Haj Ghulam Riza Baqqal [the grocer] from Shiraz, about the ownership of a grocery store, a wood and grain trading shop, and two [illegible] shops worth one hundred and ninety-five tumans. Lease agreement of Hajiyah Shah Baygum's inheritance, 1913
The inheritors of Hajiyah Shah Baygum, wife of the late Haji Hakim from Rasht, rent inherited property to Muhammad Husayn Uf from Irvan for six years in exchange for eighteen thousand tumans. Hajiyah Shah Baygum's inheritors include her nieces and nephews, and the leased properties, including a bath, are located near Rasht and Fuman.

Marriage contract between Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum with Aqa Muhammad Sadiq, 1854
Marriage contract between Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum, the daughter of Aqa ʻAli, and Muhammad Sadiq, the son of Mirza Husayn, on June 23, 1854. The mahr includes 30 tumans cash, a room's carpets, including a rug and a pair of felt rugs, a qalamkar bed covering, parts of some gardens and one sixth of a dyer's shop. These properties were part of the bridegroom's mother's mahr but went on to be included in the bride's mahr. Marriage contract of Fatimah Khanum, the daughter of Mirza Muhammad and Mirza Rahim, the son of Mirza Husayn, on April 11, 1868. The mahr includes 30 tumans cash, room carpets including a rug and felt worth 10 tumans, and a qalamkar bed covering made in Isfahan. It also includes some properties belonging to the bridegroom's mother, father, and paternal aunt, which were settled with the bridegroom and were then included in mahr. A note on the verso reads: "Aqa Mirza Rahim"
